BALTA free personal accident insurance offer is valid only for children from 2 to 18 years of age. Only the child's parent or legal representative has the right to fill in the application for insurance.
Free accident insurance will be valid: 01.06.2025. – 31.08.2025.

Children from 2 to 18 years can apply for BALTA’s free accident insurance offer. Only the child's parent or legal guardian may fill in the application form.

Contact phone number is required for delivery and communication of the insurance contract within the insurance contract - information about the policy, a reminder about the expiry of the policy and its renewal, payment of the policy, or other conditions related to the policy. Receiving documents by e-mail

For convenience, we will send the policy by email, but please note that:
  • IJSC "BALTA" does not take responsibility for the processes that may take place after sending an e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the form.
If you noted that you do not want to receive the policy by e-mail, it will be possible to receive it in the following ways:
  • Download after payment;
  • Receive on the BALTA self-service portal "My BALTA";
  • Receive at IJSC "BALTA" branches network (in paper format and free of charge).
