To submit a claim, you need:

Detailed information about the accident, the vehicle and the driver (name, surname and personal identity number);
If you wish to receive the indemnity by money transfer - the vehicle owner's bank account number;
Any documents or pictures related to the accident, which can be submitted at the end of the application!
