Disability card

The disability card number must be provided. The discount is applied only if:

• the disability card has been issued to the OWNER of the vehicle; if the vehicle has been leased, indicate the holder's disability card number;
• the disability card has been issued to a disabled person of group I or II;
• the disability card has been issued to a disabled person of group III who has difficulty moving, as evidenced by the relevant opinion of the VDEĀK;
• the category of the insured vehicle is: passenger car (V1 - V6);
• the disability card is issued to a minor whose parent or guardian is the owner of the vehicle.
